What a busy month we’ve just had. With the temperatures dropping, naturally heating systems have been fired up for the first time in many months. Inevitably there’s been a lot of calls from people in a desperate situation as they haven’t had heating or hot water. Our phones have been ringing off the hook which we are very thankful for and looks like we are going to have a very busy Christmas 2017. Hopefully it’s a testament to our high service standards and customer satisfaction.
We anticipated this would happen so we employed two new engineers over the summer. Adam & Greg have been great additions to our team, ensuring that we haven’t fallen below our high service standards.
My biggest priority leading into 2018 is to ensure that we maintain our high standards of service coupled with customer satisfaction. My reputation as an individual and business is built on these solid foundations. With this in mind, we intend on recruiting more heating engineers in the coming months to keep up with demand.
