What’s Been Going On

Boiler ServiceHello everyone, I hope you’ve had a great summer and no doubt enjoying some peace and quite with the schools reopening!

We’ve undertaken the biggest transformation our business has ever seen this summer. We take great pride in listening to the feedback that we recieve from our customers and are always striving to improve our operation. Our industry averages 7 – 10 working days with regards to sending out quotes. We replaced all of our whole software earlier this summer and have now become very streamlined in our productivity.

We are now operating on a 5 working day average for sending quotes which is very fast considering that 3rd parties are often involved. We are not content with this and are aiming to reduce this by a further 2 working days. Our software incorporates every aspect of our business so this means that we are a lot more efficient in answering questions and booking jobs which has helped reduce our call times.

You may have had the pleasure of speaking to Pam when calling our offices. Pam used to do all our invoicing but now works alongside Tracy for booking in jobs and answering any questions that you may have.

We have reduced our paper usage by 95%, this was a very daunting prospect for us but in reality has been easier than expected. I do several treks a year and have really noticed the impact that logging has had on some the beautiful places around the world when we pass through these plantations.

All in all, the past 3 months work and 12 months implimentation has allowed us to scale our business very easily and quickly to ensure that we keep up with demand and continue to be one of the fasted growing businesses in the area. We have 2 new engineers joining the team later this year ensuring that we can keep up with demand.
