Robbie and Richard, each have over 20 years experience when it comes to plumbing and heating. All of our engineers have different levels of experience and expertise which ensures that we can cover every eventuality that we may come across. You will find that many plumbing and heating owners work either in the back office or don’t have a full time presence within their businesses.
Robbie buck’s the trend here by working full time on the tools, this ensures that the highest level of workmanship and customer satisfaction is achieved. Robbie set’s the bar very high with his own standards of workmanship and attitude. In doing so he ensures that he’s leading by example and that our engineers have a true role model to look up to.
Richard attends the vast majority of our free of charge estimates/quotes. Richard works on the tools with our engineers from time to time to not only help with the workload but to also ensure that we meet our tight deadlines for job completion. Again this ensures that his experience and know how isn’t lost but in-fact passed down through our engineers.

Robbie
Owner of Stonehenge Plumbing and Heating Ltd, previously RJA Plumbing and Heating. He completed his apprenticeship at 18, working 8 years for other firms.
Office Team
Our office team is here to schedule appointments and answer any questions. We are efficient whilst offering a professional and friendly service. Lauren, Tracy, Sam, Richard & Paul.
Gary
Gary has been our lead boiler replacement engineer since 2015. He previously worked for another firm for 6 years, then carried out his training & qualifications within our in-house training program.
Jon
Jon has worked in our gas boiler & breakdown team since 2018. Jon completed 23 years’ service in the armed services, then carried out his training & qualifications within our in-house training program.
James
James has worked in our gas boiler & breakdown team since 2024. James completed 23 years’ service in the armed services, then carried out his training & qualifications within our in-house training program.
EDDIE
Eddie has worked in our gas boiler & breakdown team since 2023. Eddie completed his services in the armed services, before temporarily becoming a carpenter. Eddie then carried out his training & qualifications within our in-house training program.
Connor
Connor joined the team in 2023, part way through his apprenticeship. Connor now works in our install & breakdown team after successfully completing his in-house training with us.
JACOB
Jacob joined the team 2022 after working for a smaller company for 2 years. Jacob has undertaken both his gas and oil qualifications within our in-house training program.
Mike
Mike has worked in our gas boiler & breakdown team since 2023. Mike completed 23 years’ service in the armed services, then carried out his training & qualifications within our in-house training program.
JOSH
Josh has worked in our gas boiler & breakdown team since 2023. After leaving the armed services, Josh carried out his training within our in-house training program.
Max
Max joined us in 2024 fresh out of school. Max is undertaking his apprenticeship whilst working full time with our engineers in the install & breakdown team.
